This invention relates to compounds that are inhibitors of the muscarinic receptor M1 and/or M4 and which are useful inthe treatment of muscarinic receptor-induced diseases M1/M4. The pharmaceutical forms containing the compounds are also providedas well as the therapeutic uses of the compounds. The compounds include these in accordance with type 1, or their salt,where Q, R1, R2, R3 and R4 are as defined in this paragraph.
