The compounds described in this note refer to compounds linked with enzymes that contain flavina and inhibit mitochondrial function, which are referred to in this document as myth. The methods for the detection of mitochondrial inhibitors and anticancer properties were described. The report also describes how myths can be used to prevent or treat cancer, bacterial infections, and pathogenic yeasts, and how myths can be used to provide anti-aging benefits. Specific compounds from mythology have also been published.
