The present disclosure provides a hand function training system based on mixed reality and a data processing method. Kinematic and dynamic data during the task are recorded with the use of virtual reality technology to build an immersive virtual reality environment combined with the task, thereby obtaining a true and reliable hand function evaluation indicator score. Because the system can effectively combine physical entity operations in a real space with virtual task operations in a virtual space, the system breaks through the limitation of existing VR technology lacking contact feedback, can greatly improve the sense of immediacy and the fun during training, and at the same time, accurately records dynamic signals such as forces/ torques of fingers when the hand touches an object in the real space on the basis of recording hand kinematic parameters, thereby providing accurate and reliable signals for accurate evaluation of hand function.
