The purpose of the report is to determine the risk of cancer in women, which includes the determination of: the presence of a constitutional mutation BRCA1 as well as the age of the patient and the quantitative assessment of Cu in the biological sample taken from that patient, including: A. in women, BRCA1 mutant carriers, below 50 year: I. significantly increased risk of developing cancer in the event of: high blood concentrations of Cu, especially above 865 mg/l.
