The subject of the notification is the submembrane, docytozole, epigenetic modulation of in vitro fertilised mammalian ova, which consists of: a sample of non-selective DNA methyl inhibitor (DNMTi) or non-selective nuclear chromatin histone deacetylase inhibitor (HDACi) or a mixture of non-selective DNA methyl inhibitor (DNMTi) and non-selective nuclear chromatin histone deacetylase inhibitor (HDACi) in volume 1:1 a stabiliser buffer,and then a sample of such a buffered solution of a non-selective DNA methyl inhibitor (DNMTi) or a buffered solution of a non-selective nuclear chromatin histone deacetylase inhibitor (HDACi) or a buffered mixture of non-selective DNA methyl inhibitor (DNMTi) and non-selective nuclear chromatin histone deacetylase inhibitor (HDACi) is secured by cryo-preservation,before joining the subcutaneous, docytozole epigenetic modulation of in vitro fertilised ova with a frozen sample of a buffered solution of a non-selective DNA methyl inhibitor (DNMTi) or a buffered solution of a non-selective nuclear chromate histone deacetylase inhibitor (HDACi) or a buffered mixture of non-specific DNA methyl inhibitor (DNMTi) and a non-specific nuclear chromatin histone deacetylase inhibitor (HDACi) is thawed,then the sample is added to the microinjection buffer, supplemented with polyvinylpyrrolidone (PVP) and deposited in a glass micropipette or injection microneedle, and the in vitro fertilised egg cells are subjected to post-acytozole epigenetic transformation by microinjection into the surrounding area, on the one hand over the plasma screen,or plasma,and, on the other hand, under a clear cover,buffered solution of non-specific DNA methyl inhibitor (DNMTi) or buffered solution of non-specific nuclear chromatin histone deacetylase inhibitor (HDACi) or buffered mixture of non-specific DNA methyl inhibitor (DNMTi) and non-specific nuclear chromatin histone deacetylase inhibitor (HDACi).
