The subject of the notification is a separating inter-boiler hops freezer. It is characterised by being placed inside the boiler (1) and fitted with the possibility of being pushed under its top cover,in a special nest (e) above the mixture (3),where the freezer is equipped with a stabilizing collar with a release handle at the top and a release valve at the bottom of the site (b) (c),Whereas hops or hop products are placed inside the freezer and the freezer is made of food contact material. In addition, the notification shall also cover the method of frying, which consists of cooking hops or hop products in a separate, inter-boiled hops freezer placed in a vegetable boiler where hops or hop products are placed and the stock from the frying is removed, instead, the fried hops or hop products are poured into the boiler.
