Crystalline form of bis(L-arginine)copper(II)diazide hydrate 1/3 complex and its production method

摘要

The report concerns the crystalline form of the bis(L-arginine)diazydomide(II) hydrate 1/3, model 1, used as an antifungal and antibacterial constituent. The notification shall also cover the production of a crystalline form of bis(L-arginine)diazydomide(II) hydrate 1/3 of model 1, which is characterised by one molar part of the hydrogenated copper oxide salt (II),is dissolved in water and reacted with two molar parts of the L-arginine solution, the resulting mixture is then reacted with two molar parts of the KN3 aqueous solution and the clear mixture is left to evaporate slowly at room temperature, A crystalline form of bis(L-arginine)diazydomide(II) hydrate 1/3 with formula 1 is obtained after at least forty days.
