The present utility model relates to a process of producing shrimp-squash noodles with okra (Abelmoschus esculentus) extract and jute leaves and a product produced therefrom that would offer a healthy food option to the popular noodles being served by fast food chains. The process of producing shrimp-squash noodles with okra extract and jute leaves comprises the steps of: a. securing a predetermined the quantity of shrimps being collected in a containing means; b. cleaning the collected shrimps by washing to eliminate foreign materials; c. grinding the shrimps; d. cleaning and steaming squash, okra (Abelmoschus esculentus), jute leaves and pepper; e. measuring the ingredients according to predetermined proportions; f. mixing and kneading of the ingredients; g. noodle strand making and steaming; and h. frying the noodles strips.
