Industrialized habitable construction movable on wheels

The construction has a rectangular floor (2) from which a partitioning overmounted on a roof is raised. The floor is provided with a pair of wheels (9) mounted to rotate freely around an axis (10). A tiller system allows traction of the wheels. Each of the wheels is attached with the floor by a mobility unit. The unit allows mobility of the wheels between low position in which the axis is extended horizontally to assure rotation of the wheels and a high position in which the axis of the former wheel is inclined with respect to horizontal to assure partial retraction of the wheels.
