The present invention provides nucleic acid markers for rapid diagnosis ofKD and a kit for detection of the nucleic acid markers. The nucleic acidmarkersare 4 miRNAs, and the kit comprises primers for quantitative detection of the4miRNAs by fluorescent quantitative PCR. The diagnosis of KD can be performedonly by quantificationally detecting the contents of the 4 miRNAs in serumexosomes and then analyzing the Ct values of the 4 miRNAs. The presentinvention possesses the advantages of easily-obtained sample, simpleoperation,high specificity, time saving, accurate and reliable detection result, etc.,so childrenwith KD can be timely and accurately diagnosed. Particularly, KD can be easilydistinguished from common virus infection with similar symptoms only by onetest.The present invention possesses significant advantages compared withtraditionalmethods for diagnosis of KD, which may play an important role in rapiddiagnosisof KD of children and further provide a direction for developing rapiddiagnostickit of KD.
