Disclosed are a memory management method, device and system. The memory management method is executed by a memory management hardware accelerator, wherein the memory management hardware accelerator is respectively coupled to an application subsystem (501) and a communication subsystem (503). The application subsystem (501) is used for operating a host operating system, and the communication subsystem (503) is used for operating a communication operating system. The method comprises: acquiring a memory address set corresponding to a dynamic memory space allocated by a host operating system to a communication subsystem (S001), wherein the memory address set comprises one or more memory addresses; and sending some of the memory addresses in the memory address set to a component of the communication subsystem (S002).
