A material-discharge mechanism is connected to an end of the gear rack (302) away from the horizontal plate (3). A lock mechanism corresponding to the material-discharge mechanism is connected to a sidewall of the first box body (1). A cam mechanism is connected onto the second box body (6), and an output end of the cam mechanism abuts the horizontal plate (3). A collection box (101) is disposed inside the first box body (1), and a feed port (102) corresponding to the collection box (101) is disposed at a top portion of the first box body (1).
