The method comprises: if a monitoring result of a preset pyroelectric infrared sensor is consistent with a preset monitoring result, starting a preset speaker-microphone array to acquire voice data, and verifying the voice data; if the verification of the voice data is passed, transmitting the voice data to a television terminal to enable the television terminal to execute a control instruction corresponding to the voice data so as to control the television terminal. The present invention is capable of reducing the application difficulty of the speaker-microphone array and prolonging the service life of the speaker-microphone array.
