The present invention relates to a safety processing method and device for a battery of an unmanned aerial vehicle. The method comprises: collecting electrical performance parameters of a battery, wherein the electrical performance parameters include a discharge current value of the battery and a voltage value of a single battery; determining whether the battery is over-discharged according to the electrical performance parameters, and if so, controlling the battery, such that same cannot be charged or discharged. The present invention can effectively eradicate a safety risk of a battery caused by serious over-discharge, thereby improving the reliability of the battery.
