The method comprises: acquiring network access record information of an insured user; determining one or more access trace information of the insured user according to one or more operation information in the network access record information and time information corresponding to the operation information; performing, according to a predetermined clustering algorithm, cluster analysis on the determined access trace information of the insured user to obtain a customer group within which the insured user falls; determining, according to a mapping relationship between pre-stored customer groups and user fraud probability values, a fraud probability value of users in the customer group within which the insured user falls; if the determined fraud probability value is greater than or equal to a preset fraud probability threshold, determining that the insured user has the risk of conducting insurance fraud, and an insurance fraud risk pre-warning needs to be performed for the user, so that potential insurance fraudulent behavior can be found, and the risk of insurance fraud is reduced.
