The method comprises: acquiring user attribute data; analyzing the acquired user attribute data according to a predetermined user loss category determination method, so as to determine a loss category of the user; acquiring, from a pre-established automobile insurance information graph, automobile insurance attribute data corresponding to the user loss category, the automobile insurance information graph comprising automobile insurance attribute data corresponding to users of various loss categories; and determining an automobile insurance preferential level corresponding to the user according to a pre-stored mapping relationship between automobile insurance attribute data and automobile insurance discounts. The present invention is able to accurately and fairly provide users with automobile insurance discounts.
