An electronic apparatus, a data link risk pre-warning method, and a storage medium. The method comprises: respectively acquiring service data information of each service node contained in a pre-determined data link (S301); analyzing the acquired service data information according to a pre-determined analysis rule, to determine whether the data link has a pre-set type of risk (S302), wherein the data link comprises each service node and a data transmission channel between the service nodes, and the pre-set type of risk comprises a response bottleneck risk of a service node and a transmission congestion risk of a data transmission channel; and when it is determined that there is a service node with a response bottleneck risk, or when it is determined that there is a data transmission channel with a transmission congestion risk, sending risk pre-warning information to a pre-determined data link monitoring platform (S303). The method reduces the probability of risk occurrence, and improves the transmission efficiency of service data.
