The present invention relates to an indirect live wire lifting device and, more specifically, to an indirect live wire lifting device for a power distribution line, and an indirect live wire uninterruptable power method using same, the indirect live wire lifting device enabling: an up and down elevation operation of an elevation bar through an elevation operation unit, which is mounted on an electric pole so as to electrically operate for uninterruptable power work through indirect live wire work that corresponds to a change in policy of the uninterruptable power work and is safe; and a left and right horizontal operation of a horizontal bar, having an electric wire removing roller, through a horizontal operation unit that operates electrically, so as to enable free up and down position adjustment and left and right horizontal position adjustment of a live wire provided in the electric wire removing roller and enable lifting work in a state in which the live wire is safely locked and accommodated in the electric wire removing roller, thereby preventing, in advance, a negligent accident caused by the live wire, which enables sufficient space to be ensured in a crossarm exchange process and the like, improving use efficiency, which enables, as necessary, the use of a deflected pole or an angled pole and switching construction from a straight pole to a double-crossarm pole, and the like, and enables a sufficient space to be ensured in a crossarm exchange process, and the like, and enabling each live wire to be lifted at the same time in order to make live wire lifting work convenient.
