Disclosed are a video processing method and apparatus, a terminal device, a server, and a storage medium for solving the technical problem in the related art of low matching efficiency of a video processing mode. In the method, a corresponding target video processing package can be automatically matched according to scene description information, and the operation of manually selecting by the user in the related art is omitted, thereby improving the matching efficiency of the video processing mode. Moreover, multiple video processing modes can be matched at one time, and the matching efficiency can further be improved. Furthermore, because the target video processing package is dynamically correspondingly matched on the basis of the scene description information, the matched target video processing package can be consistent with the actual video content as much as possible, thereby improving the accuracy of video processing and satisfying the actual needs of a user as much as possible.
