INTER-ROW NO-TILLAGE COLLECTING AND COVERING PLANTER FOR STRAW SMASHING

An inter-row no-tillage collecting and covering planter for straw smashing. Arranged successively on a rack (3) from front to back are: a straw smashing device, a flow guiding device, a fertilizer discharging device and a furrowing and seeding device; in the flow guiding device: a plurality of straw smashing and flow guiding assemblies (17) of which the mounting positions are transversely adjustable are arranged on an adjusting cross beam (18); each straw smashing and flow guiding assembly (17) is in the shape of the head of a naval ship and is formed by combining a vertical back plate (17-3) positioned at the rear and two symmetrical oblique flow guiding plates (17-1) positioned at the front; and a fertilizer installation opening (17-5) is formed in the back plate (17-3). Thus, an inter-row collecting and covering integrated technical operation mode for straw smashing is achieved. While straws in operation breadth are fully smashed, the smashed straws are regularly laid in order on a straw covering belt between seeding belts to form a planting belt which is free of straw obstacles. The present invention has the characteristics of high operation integration level, simplicity in assembly, low energy consumption and the like. Straw smashing, straw cleaning on a seed belt, inter-row straw covering, fertilizer installation and planting, and soil covering and pressing operations may all be completed in one visit to the field.
