A multilayer body according to the present invention is obtained by sequentially stacking a first resin composition layer, a heat-resistant film layer and a second resin composition layer in this order. This multilayer body is configured such that: the first resin composition layer is in a semi-cured state (in a B-stage state); the difference between the maximum thickness and the minimum thickness of the first resin composition layer is 0.5-5 μm; the second resin composition layer is in a semi-cured state (in a B-stage state); and the difference between the maximum thickness and the minimum thickness of the second resin composition layer is 0.5-5 μm.
