A pot lid assembly (100) of a cooking appliance, and a cooking appliance. The pot cover assembly (100) comprises: an inner lid (10); an exhaust box (20), which defines a cavity (201) having an opening at the top, and an exhaust hole (22) at the bottom wall; and an exhaust box cover (30). An opening is provided at the top of a closed cavity of the exhaust box cover (30); a first positioning column (21) is provided on the exhaust box (20) and defines an airflow channel (211); an exit of the airflow channel (211) is communicated with the cavity (201), and an entry of the airflow channel (211) is adapted to be communicated with a gas extraction apparatus; the exhaust box cover (30) has a first positioning hole (31).
