Provided are: a method for producing, in a highly productive manner, a flavoring oil useful for flavoring a food product; a method for producing a flavoring oil mixture containing the flavoring oil obtained by said method; and a method for imparting fragrant flavor to a food product using the flavoring oil obtained by said method. This method for producing a flavoring oil is characterized in comprising: a step for obtaining a mixture by mixing an edible fat/oil, a sugar, an amino acid, water, and a vegetable dry powder; a step for bringing the mixture to a temperature of 150 to 190°C while stirring the mixture; and a step for conducting solid-liquid separation of the mixture brought to this temperature and recovering the liquid fraction.
