This system for managing tires for construction and mining vehicles is provided with: a degree of fatigue calculating unit; a grouping processing unit which groups a plurality of front wheel tires into a plurality of fatigue degree groups in accordance with the calculated degree of fatigue; and an allocation processing unit which allocates a front wheel tire belonging to one fatigue degree group as a rear wheel tire of one vehicle after rotation. Further, this method for managing tires for construction and mining vehicles includes: a degree of fatigue calculating step; a grouping processing step of grouping a plurality of front wheel tires into a plurality of fatigue degree groups in accordance with the calculated degree of fatigue; and an allocation processing step of allocating a front wheel tire belonging to one fatigue degree group as a rear wheel tire of one vehicle after rotation.
