A device and a method for measuring the thermal conductivity and the interfacial thermal resistance of a graphene material. The measurement device comprises an upper cylinder body (10), a lower cylinder body (20), an upper top cover (30), a pressing machine (40), a water circulation cooling unit (50), a displacement detection unit (60), a heating unit (70), a temperature detection unit (80) and a data processing unit (90); a first metal block (12) and a second metal block (22) are respectively provided in the upper and lower cylinder bodies (20, 30), a test sample (13) is provided between the two metal blocks, the upper top cover (30) is located above the first metal block (12), and the pressing machine (40) is connected to the upper top cover (30). The pressing machine (40) is used for applying a pressure to the upper top cover (30), the upper top cover (30) transmits the pressure to the test sample (13), the test sample (13) is compressed under the pressure, and the displacement detection unit (60) is used for real-time monitoring and acquiring of displacement values of the test sample (13) under different pressures, so as to obtain the compressibility of the test sample (13), realizing measurement of the thermal conductivity and the interfacial thermal resistance of the test sample (13) at different compressibilities.
