A highway and railway dual-purpose vehicle, comprising a vehicle frame (1). A lifting air bag mounting base (1c) is provided between two longitudinal beams (1a) of the vehicle frame (1); a lower cover plate of each longitudinal beam (1a) is provided with a bearing air bag inserting hole, a bearing air bag mounting base (1d) is provided in the bearing air bag inserting hole, and a force-bearing sleeper beam (1e) is mounted on the outer side of the longitudinal beam (1a); a suspension (2) comprises an axle assembly (2a) provided with a lifting air bag (2b) in the middle of a front end; both sides of a rear end of the axle assembly (2a) are provided with primary bearing air bags (2c) respectively; the two primary bearing airbags (2c) are provided with secondary bearing airbags (2e) respectively; the lifting air bag (2b) is provided on the lifting air bag mounting base (1c); the secondary bearing airbags (2e) are provided in the bearing air bag mounting base (1d); a single-axle bogie (3) comprises a frame (3a); both ends of a bottom surface of the frame (3a) are provided with axle boxes (3b) respectively; a series of damping spring assemblies (3b) are provided between the axle box (3b) and the frame (3a); both ends of a top surface of the frame (3a) are provided with frame connecting assemblies (3f) respectively; the frame (3a) is provided on the bottom surface of the force-bearing sleeper beam (1e) by means of the frame connecting assemblies (3f). The highway and railway dual-purpose vehicle is suitable for transportation.
