Provided are a method for communicating with a base station by means of a terminal in an unlicensed band, and a device using the method. The method receives, from the base station, configured grant allocation information indicating a resource available for uplink transmission of a configured grant manner, wherein the resource includes two or more subbands in a frequency domain, a subband being a unit for the terminal to perform a channel access procedure, performs the channel access procedure in each of the two or more subbands, and transmits an uplink signal only in a specific subband capable of uplink transmission, of the two or more subbands, within a channel occupancy time (COT) secured as a result of performing the channel access procedure, wherein information indicating the specific subband is transmitted to the base station.
