Disclosed are a Chinese herbal medicine composition for treating asthma, a preparation method therefor and a pharmaceutical use thereof. The Chinese herbal medicine composition is prepared from the following Chinese herbal medicine raw materials in parts by weight: 5-60 parts of ephedra, 15-75 parts of cassia twig, 3-45 parts of asarum, 15-75 parts of rhizoma pinelliae, 10-50 parts of schisandra chinensis, 9-45 parts of almond and 10-60 parts of honey-fried licorice root. The preparation method comprises the steps of soaking and then decocting ephedra and cassia twig with water to perform extraction, adding cassia twig, asarum, schisandra chinensis, almond and honey-fried licorice root into the soup and performing extraction again, and filtering to obtain a liquid medicine. The medicine composition has the action of treating asthma induced by exogenous wind chill.
