Disclosed is a traditional Chinese medicine composition for treating cancer pain and ascites, comprising: Cynanchum atratum, Sophora flavescens, Angelica sinensis, Sparganium stoloni erum, Curcuma zedoaria, Rheum officinale, Salvia chinensis, batryticated silkworms, honeycomb, and Paris polyphylla. Further disclosed is a traditional Chinese medicine plaster for treating cancer pain and ascites and a preparation method therefor. The traditional Chinese medicine plaster contains glycerin, NP-700, PVP K-90, EDTA-2Na, traditional Chinese medicine extracts, and azone in a mass ratio of 11:5:0.7:0.1:8:0.9. The traditional Chinese medicine composition of the present invention has the efficacy of clearing inner heat and removing toxicity, promoting blood circulation and expelling stasis, and relieving swelling and pain, and can be used for treating benign or malignant tumors, such as lung, liver, breast, and thyroid tumors, and innominate inflammation of an unknown origin.
