The present application relates to a statement rationality determination method and apparatus based on semantic parsing, and a computer device. The method comprises: performing word segmentation on a statement to be determined, and loading multiple segmented words corresponding to said statement into an n-gram model; obtaining the context occurrence probability of each of the multiple segmented words; performing product calculation on the context occurrence probability, and outputting the perplexity of said statement; and comparing the perplexity with a preset perplexity threshold, and determining the rationality of said statement.
