Disclosed is a patient rehabilitation exercise apparatus, comprising a base (1), wherein a support telescopic rod (2) and a vertical rod (501) are fixedly connected on an upper end of the base (1). The vertical rod (501) is located at a left end of the support telescopic rod (2). An upper end of the support telescopic rod (2) is fixedly connected to a seat (3), and the support telescopic rod (2) is provided with a first locking screw (4). An upper end of the vertical rod (501) is fixedly connected to a horizontal rod (502). One end of the horizontal rod (502) is provided with an arm exercise device. The arm exercise device comprises a fixing block (503), and the fixing block (503) is located inside the horizontal rod (502). A power source switch (504) is fixedly connected inside the horizontal rod (502), and the power source switch (504) is located at a left end of the fixing block (503). A right end of the vertical rod (501) is provided with a waist massage device comprising a massage box (605). A square through hole (601) is provided in the vertical rod (501), and the square through hole (601) runs through the vertical rod (501). The right end of the vertical rod (501) is movably connected to a sliding block (602). According to the patient rehabilitation exercise apparatus, by means of providing the arm exercise device and the waist massage device, a massage ball (609) makes a swinging motion in order to knock and massage waist acupoints. The present invention is easy to operate and is safe and power-saving.
