Provided is an apparatus for rehabilitation exercise for a neurological disorder patient comprising: a glove body, which is made in a glove shape, so as to be worn on the hand; an exercise assistance tube which is formed in a lengthwise direction of the fingers on each finger portion of the glove body; a compressor for injecting air into the exercise assistance tube; a sensor portion, which is installed on the glove body, for sensing hand movement information in accordance with at least one of a finger movement, a change in hand shape, and a change in hand position; and a control portion for collecting the hand movement information of a user which is sensed by the sensor portion, and for transferring a driving signal to the compressor.
