DIOSCOREA ALATA FORMULA GRANULES AND PREPARATION METHOD THEREFOR

Disclosed are dioscorea alata formulation granules and a preparation method therefor, relating to the technical field of TCM formula granules. The preparation method comprises the following steps: (1) getting the medical material dioscorea alata, adding water with an amount of 8 to 10 times to the material, heating and boiling for 1 to 3 hours, extracting twice or 3 times, filtering, and decompressing and concentrating the filtrate to a thick paste with the relative density of 1.1 to 1.2 so as to obtain the dioscorea alata extraction; (2) getting the dioscorea alata extraction, adding an appropriate amount of pharmaceutically acceptable ingredients, mixing, drying, collecting dry paste powder, smashing, sieving with a 80-mesh sieve, and placing the mixture into the mixing groove for mixing; (3) getting the dioscorea alata paste powder, making into granules, and sieving the granules with a 20-mesh sieve and a 50-mesh sieve to obtain dioscorea alata formula granules. The dioscorea alata formula granules prepared by the method have higher contents of active components, and are uniform in size.
