Disclosed are a self-help tour guiding method, device and equipment based on biological recognition, and a storage medium. The method comprises the following steps: receiving a scenic spot introduction request triggered by a tourist, obtaining the current positioning information, and collecting biometric information of the tourist (S10); obtaining historical tourism information of the tourist according to the biometric information(S20); determining the scenic area where the tourist is currently located according to the current positioning information, and obtaining introduction information of respective scenic spots in the scenic area (S30); performing analysis processing on the historical tourism information and the introduction information of respective scenic spots in the scenic area on the basis of a preset route planning model, and planning a first route in the scenic area for the tourist (S40); and providing scenic spot introduction service according to the first route (S50). The described method can provide users with self-help tour guide based on biometric identification, effectively solving the problem of serious shortage in professional guides for scenic spots.
