Disclosed by the present application are a simulated light source adjustment apparatus, simulated light source device, and radiation therapy device, belonging to the technical field of medical instruments. The simulated light source comprises: a first adjustment assembly and a second adjustment assembly. The first adjustment assembly is configured to be connected to a simulated light source body; the second adjustment assembly is configured to be connected to the first adjustment assembly, and is connected to a preset part in a treatment head. After the simulated light source adjustment apparatus equipped with the simulated light source body is mounted into the treatment head, the first adjustment assembly and the second adjustment assembly can drive the simulated light source body to move in two different directions, such that the position of the simulated light source body and the position of the radiation source in the treatment head are symmetrical with respect to the reflector in the treatment head, effectively eliminating errors in the manufacturing and assembly process of the treatment head, thus increasing the treatment accuracy of the treatment head.
