Disclosed are an app-based taxi monitoring method, device and system. The preferred embodiment for the present method comprises: in response to a trigger condition, sending a service request to an app-based taxi service center; and the app-based taxi service center acquiring images of the inside of vehicles and/or of the outside of vehicles which are collected by vehicle terminals according to the service request, and distributing the images of the inside of the vehicles and/or the outside of the vehicles.
