PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate as much as possible a user's worry and uneasiness until a taxi comes.;SOLUTION: This taxi calling device includes an input means (S51) for receiving a user's input to request the dispatch of a taxi, and a taxi dispatch request transmitting means (S52) for transmitting a taxi dispatch request input by the input means, to a predetermined base station device.
