The present invention relates to the technical field of air-permeable seepage-control materials, and particularly relates to air-permeable seepage-control sand and a manufacturing method for the same. The air-permeable seepage-control sand comprises, in percentage by mass, the following components: 90-95% of raw sand, 0.5-1% of modified glass fibers, 0.5-1% of a fluorosilicone surfactant, 0.2-1% of sodium bentonite, 0.3-1% of diatomaceous earth, 0.2-1% of attapulgite clay, 0.3-1% of white carbon black, and 2-6% of paraffin. The air-permeable seepage-control sand of the present invention suppresses soil seepage, enhances air permeability of soil, has a superior adhesive property, is less prone to being washed away by rainwater; provides excellent corrosion and acid resistance; and has a long service life. The manufacturing process further enhances seepage-control performance of the air-permeable seepage-control sand by means of a combined synergistic function of multiple materials, prevents a caking phenomenon of the mixed material by mixing the materials in multiple passes, and ensures that paraffin is sufficiently mixed with the material by adding the paraffin in two passes, thereby further improving the adhesive property of the air-permeable seepage-control sand.
