The present invention proposes a safety driving management apparatus for a vehicle and a safety driving method for a vehicle, which notify an organization related to an accident of a vehicle and a manager of the vehicle about whether the vehicle is in an accident determined by using information about whether a driver wears a safety belt, information about whether the vehicle is over the speed limit, various sensors installed on the vehicle, and information about the speed of the vehicle when the driver drives the vehicle. The safety driving management apparatus for a vehicle comprises: a sensor unit; a communication means; and a processor, and the safety driving method for a vehicle performs the steps of: setting an impact criterion; collecting information in real time; analyzing the information in real time; and taking measurements.
