The energy-supply-type ocean platform rotational inertia drive control system comprises an annular fixing plate, an active control module, a wind power generation module and a solar power generation module. The present invention can monitor a motion state of the structure of an ocean platform in real time, the active control module generates an acting force as needed, and the acting force acts on the structure to control torque, thereby realizing the aim of vibration control. When the structure operates normally, the present invention can serve as an energy supply device, generates power by means of wind and solar energy, and stores the power for a control device, and other power utilization apparatuses of the ocean platform to use as needed.
