Accordingly, a manager can create a desired camera control command C (step S203) by operating the management device 1, and, by transmitting the camera control command C to the component-mounting device 2 (step S204), obtain the image M corresponding to the camera control command C (step S205). Thus, it is possible to easily acquire an image useful for identifying the cause of an error in the component-mounting device 2.
