HYDROGENATION APPARATUS FRACTIONATION SYSTEM IN-LINE PROCESS ANTI-CORROSION METHOD

The present invention relates to a hydrogenation apparatus fractionation system in-line process anti-corrosion method. A high efficiency oil/water separation module, a pre-mixing washer, a variable diameter radial salt washing core tube, a hydrophilic and hydrophobic fibre combination demulsifying and ripple enhancing rapid oil/water separator are arranged to remove high salt and high ammonia nitrogen-containing water in an oil phase in a cold high pressure separator and a cold low pressure separator, and then perform processes such as washing extraction and oil/water separation on mixed low fraction oil, so that the inorganic chloride ion content in the mixed low fraction oil entering the fractionation system is lower than 1mg/L. The method effectively reduces the corrosive inorganic salt content in low fraction oil, prevents the subsequent problems of decreased production efficiency and shortened operating cycles caused by fractionation system salt formation and corrosion, and also eliminates the problem of corrosion damage to subsequent devices due to excessively high corrosive ion content.
