MUTAGENIC STRAIN OF LACTOBACILLUS PLANTARUM, MUTAGENESIS METHOD THEREFOR AND APPLICATION THEREOF

Mutagenesis is carried out on hyaluronidase-producing Lactobacillus plantarum to obtain a high hyaluronidase-producing mutant strain of Lactobacillus plantarum CnT012-56, the accession number being: CGMCC NO.16836. Lactobacillus plantarum CnT012-56 is used for fermentation to produce hyaluronidase so that the enzyme activity of the resulting hyaluronidase after isolation and purification can reach 70,000 IU/ml and the molecular weight of the resulting hyaluronidase is 63 kDa.
