The present invention relates to metal particle-loaded hollow mesoporous organosilica nano/microparticles and a method for manufacturing same. According to the present invention, spherical nano particles can be manufactured through coating metal particle-loaded inorganic silica particles with a porous organosilica layer and selectively etching same. The metal particle loaded within the nanoparticles may be composed of two or more pre-synthesized metals including a magnetic particle or heterotypic metal particles may be loaded at desired concentrations, so that the nano/microparticles can be applied to drug carriers and catalysts and for a photothermal effect.
