The present application relates to an interception and recovery device for over-water floating objects, and an over-water fence apparatus thereof. The interception and recovery device for over-water floating objects comprises a collection pipe, and a separation mechanism connected to one end of the collection pipe, wherein the separation mechanism generates flowing water in the collection pipe, such that floating objects are gathered at a feeding port provided in the collection pipe, and the separation mechanism collects the floating objects. The present application is suitable for large-scale occasions, has the functions of intercepting and recovering floating objects, and also automatically recovers the floating objects, and can further automatically convey same after collection is completed, and same has a high degree of automation.
