PURPOSE: To prevent condensed spill-over water from being discharged out of a system and further improve a water saving as well as an effect of energy saving by a method wherein there is provided a condensed water connecting pipe system and the condensed spill-over water during holding in vacuum and stopping of a condenser is recovered. CONSTITUTION: Condensed spill-over water during holding in vacuum and stopping in operation of a condenser at night when DSS is continuously applied (a reference in stopping in 11 hours at night) or WSS is applied (a reference in stopping in 32 hours at night) is at first recovered to a supplementary water tank 16 through a usual spill-over pipe 15. When a water level within a supplementary water tank 16 is increased due to its recovering and reaches up to a high level, each of the shut-off valves is automatically operated and the condensed spill-over water system in the prior art is shut off and concurrently the other device 32 and a connecting system for in-house boiler device 34 are communicated from each other, resulting in that its water amount is adjusted by an emergency spill-over adjusting valve 25 and the water is recovered into the other device 32 or in-house boiler device 34. Accordingly, the water level in the condenser 11 is also controlled in the same controlling manner as that of the prior art, resulting in that no special problem occurs.
