An elastic rubber body for a suction cup and a vacuum suction cup using said rubber body, the elastic rubber body for the suction cup comprising an elastic framework (1), a connecting rod (11) being provided at an upper portion of the framework (1), the framework (1) being covered with a rubber main body (2), and a suction chamber (21) with a lower opening being provided at the bottom of the rubber main body (2). The connecting rod (11) can pull and press the framework (1) so as to enable tight suction of the rubber main body (2) on a suction surface (5), the suction chamber (21) is gradually flared outwards from top to bottom, a conical surface (22) is provided on a side wall of the suction chamber (21), a top wall is provided above the conical surface (22), and a joint portion (20) is formed between the top wall and the conical surface (22). The height from the vertex of the suction chamber (21) to the lower edge of the conical surface (22) and the diameter of the circumference of the lower edge of the conical surface (22) need to satisfy a certain relationship, and the angle between the conical surface (22) and the suction surface (5) satisfy a certain range. The rubber body has good adhesion with the suction surface, and a lasting suction force.
