The apparatus has a support for supporting rubber and plastic suction cups (A) to allow fixation of the apparatus on a horizontal or vertical plane surface and to allow the mobility of the apparatus. The hard plastic suction cups are connected by a stainless metal handle (B). An adjustable aluminum bar (D) is added to the handle. A stainless metal ball bearing system (E) is integrated to the bar for rotating pedals or paddles (G). A grip formed of endless screw (F) assures better holding of hands and feet.
