A wireless communication characteristics evaluation method for evaluating the wireless communication characteristics of a wireless communication system in which a plurality of wireless communication terminals communicate by transmitting or exchanging a signal, wherein the method includes a step 1 for acquiring the power and band of an interference signal, a step 2 for calculating an interference band ratio that indicates the ratio of the band of an interference signal overlapping the band of a desired signal, a step 3 for calculating an interference power ratio from interference power and the interference band ratio and further calculating stationary noise power from the interference power and the interference power ratio, a step 4 for determining a real SINR from the received power of the desired signal and the stationary noise power, and a step 5 for determining the wireless communication characteristics of the desired signal from the real SINR.
