Provided are a parameter determination method and apparatus for sidelink communication, a terminal and a storage medium, belonging to the field of communications. The method comprises: acquiring a first sidelink communication parameter; sending first signalling to a second terminal, wherein the first signalling carries the first sidelink communication parameter; receiving second signalling sent by the second terminal, wherein the second signalling carries a third sidelink communication parameter, the third sidelink communication parameter is determined according to the first sidelink communication parameter and a second sidelink communication parameter, and the second sidelink communication parameter is a sidelink communication parameter of the second terminal; and determining, according to the third sidelink communication parameter, an enabled sidelink communication parameter.
